Welcome to the Expert Testers blog. This blog is written by a group of experienced Microsoft testers. Here we will share the stories of how we test, what we’ve done right, and what we’ve done not so right (wrong). We’ll also discuss many of the tips, tricks, and techniques we’ve learned over the years.
This blog has four goals:
- Increase the productivity of the testing community. By subscribing to our RSS feed, you will have the opportunity to learn in real time how expert testers are tackling the same issues you are working on.
- Serve as a knowledge base to answer your testing questions. If you are working on a project to test localization, you can search this blog for tips and techniques from expert testers at Microsoft.
- Microsoft testers don’t have all the answers (yet). We would like for this blog to serve as a community for all testers. We encourage you to reply to the articles on this blog with your own advice, musings, and rants.
- If you are reading this blog, chances are you are passionate about testing. We hope that by reading our stories, you will see how passionate Microsoft testers are about our jobs, and what an amazing place this is to work at.
Please subscribe to our RSS feed, follow us on Twitter, or Like us on Facebook. We’ll see you back here on January 3, 2012 when we launch with our first article.
Enjoy!
