Welcome to the Expert Testers blog. This blog is written by a group of experienced Microsoft testers. Here we share the stories of how we test, what we’ve done right, and what we’ve done not so right (wrong). We also discuss many of the tips, tricks, and techniques we’ve learned over the years.
This blog has four goals:
- Increase the productivity of the testing community. By subscribing to our RSS feed, you’ll have the opportunity to learn in real-time how expert testers are tackling the same issues you’re working on.
- Serve as a knowledge base to answer your testing questions. For example, If you’re working on a project to test performance, you can search this blog for tips and techniques from expert testers at Microsoft.
- Serve as a community for all testers. We encourage you to reply to the articles on this blog with your own advice, musings, and rants.
- If you’re reading this blog, chances are you’re passionate about testing. We hope that by reading our stories, you’ll see how passionate Microsoft testers are about our jobs, and what a great place this is to work at.
Enjoy!
